Thanks everybody for your answers. So I learned now that it is not really unusual to have it on the calf. I guess most of the doctors dont know much about EN anyway so some of them just say it cant be here or there because they never really saw it.

I remember my new homedoctor first could not really tell me if it is EN or not when I had this outbreak in January. When I had it the first time(11 years ago) I did not know him. And now it was the first time that he ever saw an EN.............................

However, I hope to get rid of it soon.
