The levels of ingredients in a Multi and B Complex would not nearly be enough. Here is what is in The Core.

<Can you link that The Core supplement please. I can't seem to find it with google. I am taking DMSA right now for mercury and lead. I'm also taking a multivitamin and b complex which contains everything you mentioned needed for pyroluria. The dosage is probably too small for most except for the p5p...>

This may be a great general multivitamin product, but it does not have what is needed in the correct amounts for Pyrroluria. The Core was formulated specifically for this condition, or you can take the recommended supplements separately, in the correct quantities.
