Hi-

Thanks for clearing up the difference in the laboratory tests. I

really appreciate it. I was wondering why people were getting stuff

done they didn't need.

For the person asking me about the pain in my left quadrant, I think

it is spastic colon but the constipating time. I was told that people

with VV have this so I just attribute it to this. I have had the pain on

and off for about 3 and a half years. It gets worse around my period

when I get one.

Sorry I could not join in on the discussion but it was a little late

here. Maybe we could do it on a weekend in the afternoon your time so

that I and others in England can join in on it.

I want to jump in here and find out more about paxil. I hear that you get

seratonin from the sun and chocolate and sex...so you don't need paxil..

any ideas??

hugs, Coleen :o)

Thanks

Thank you . Tony was Dxed with PSC about 8 years ago. He is still in

the early stages of the disease. It is moving slowly. I pray it stays

moving slowly. He has never had that many attacks so close. That gives me

reason to believe there is something else. I can't convince him to go to the

doctor. He is tired of dealing with the wole thing. He did promise me

though that if it happens again he will go. I have been feeding him rice

sonce the attacks. Maybe it is helping although I did just read about

staying away from starchy foods.

Are you or anyone else following a certain diet that might help? Tony's Dr

hasn't advised him of anything special.

Thank you,

Thanks everyone for responding to my post. I really appreciate

it!!! It's comforting to know I'm not the only one feeling this

way. It's frustrating to have loved ones and dr's keep telling me

that I'm feeling this way because I need to go back on the

medicines. Anyway, I am totally off everything right now. Last

Summer I was on 40 of Celexa and Seroquel -was switched to Lexapro

(awful stuff)that's when I tried to go off it for good. I

orginially took a pill one day and then not the next. Then started

some reading - and started to gradually decrese it instead. I was

down to 5 of the Celexa, then 2.5 and then quit - and then got

horrible effects again. Back up to 5 and then repeated this process

many times. Psychiatrist put me on Prozac which I got up to 10,

then dropped to 5, and then quit about a week ago. Is this still to

fast? I thought about taking some klonopin to reduce the anxiety -

but realized this was stupid as I would then have to withdraw from

that! Thanks!
