Guest guest
As a reminder to the " oldies " and as a 'heads up' to the " newbies " , it is not appropriate to send messages intended for one person to the entire list. For example, if you want to wish someone good luck, or to say " me too " , or to share your sympathy - the message should be sent to that persons personal email address. If you believe that the message might be beneficial for others to read (i.e., non-medicinal self help tips, new medication that's worked wonders, etc.) you may send it to the list. If you are unsure, but think it might be useful for other list members, go ahead and mail it to the list. To help make this process easier for everyone, I want to strongly encourage everyone to type the following at the end of their post: mailto:youremailaddress so that your email address will be a link that anyone on the list can easily reply to. For example, if I type mailto:dwalsh@..., anyone can click on the blue text and email me. You must type it with no spaces. Any questions, email me to the address (link) above.
