Just be careful with this....Usually you gain everything back right after

you go off of it, and it ist the most nutritionally sounds diet. WW is the

most nutrititionally sound weightloss plan on the market, and if you just

follow WW I am sure you will loose what you would have lost on this 3 day

thing. But to each their own, just be careful!

-- The CORRECT 3-day Diet: lose up to 10 lbs

to jump start

WW Friends Here it is (the Corrected one):

I have done this diet the past and have lost 7 lbs

EACH time but the third day is a killer one to be good

on....USE all your strength--it will be worth it!!

I am doing this to get a jumpstart on my weightloss

efforts...will do 3 day diet/4 days WW and that for a

total of two weeks.

*You must eat ONLY exactly what is listed and the

exact proportions listed....NO substitutions as this

Diet claims that this is all based on the chemistry of

the foods and how they interact on a molecular

level......as a reason why each MUST be included.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Breakfast First Day:
1/2 grapefruit
1 piece toast
2 tbs peanut butter
Lunch First Day:
1/2 cup tuna*
1 piece toast
(*ONLY use salt & pepper the ENTIRE 3 days--no other
seasonings)
First Day Dinner:
Any type of meat (Limited to 3-4 oz)
1/2 cup string beans
1/2 cup beets
1 small apple
1/2 cup vanilla icecream (I use the lower calorie, no
fat kind)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Breakfast Second Day:

1 egg

1 piece toast

1/2 banana

Lunch Second Day:

1 cup cottage cheese

5 saltine crackers

Dinner Second Day :

2 Hot Dogs (Turkey or Chicken)

1 cup broccoli

1/2 cup carrots

1/2 banana

1/2 cup vanilla icecream (I use the lower calorie, no

fat kind)

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Breakfast Third Day:
5 saltine crackers
1 slice cheddar cheese
1 small apple
Lunch Third Day:
1 hard boiled egg
1 piece toast
Dinner Third Day :
1 cup tuna
1 cup beets
1 cup cauliflower
1/2 cantaloupe
1/2 cup vanilla icecream (I use the lower calorie, no
fat kind)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Best Wishes,

I have to second Tracie here. I really think weight watchers need to

focus on learning healthy eating habits and making a commitment to

long term lifestyle changes. This doesn't include fad diets for me.

I completely respect 's right to do what she wants with her

body, but I can't resist putting my two cents in. We're here to

support each other in really working the WW program. I can't just

sit by and not discourage folks from these fad diets!

, I hope this 3 day diet does the trick in getting you back to

WW program in a committed way like you hope it will! Like Tracie

said, " to each her own! " but please come back to WW plan when you're

done. WW is the place to be!
