Guest guest
, Just be careful with this....Usually you gain everything back right after you go off of it, and it ist the most nutritionally sounds diet. WW is the most nutrititionally sound weightloss plan on the market, and if you just follow WW I am sure you will loose what you would have lost on this 3 day thing. But to each their own, just be careful! Guest guest
I have to second Tracie here. I really think weight watchers need to focus on learning healthy eating habits and making a commitment to long term lifestyle changes. This doesn't include fad diets for me. I completely respect 's right to do what she wants with her body, but I can't resist putting my two cents in. We're here to support each other in really working the WW program. I can't just sit by and not discourage folks from these fad diets! , I hope this 3 day diet does the trick in getting you back to WW program in a committed way like you hope it will! Like Tracie said, " to each her own! " but please come back to WW plan when you're done. WW is the place to be!
