Stabilizing Mood effectsDealing with Stress and Anxiety 

I have been using brainwave entrainment for many years and am really happy with the positive benefit the software offers for mood stabilization, thought changing powers and calming effects. In fact I am using a concentration track right now and it has allowed me to focus solely on rebuilding the  public website for the past 7 hours. 

I will also be talking with others who know far more than I on creating a special session designed just for people who suffer with Misophonia, so keep an eye out for that one.

I know that this is not a cure, but it really does help me in reducing my negative reactions which is a huge relief. I find I can control my reactions a lot better now rather than them controlling me.
