Guest guest Posted November 26, 2005 Report Share Posted November 26, 2005 After two days of being off, I had to stop my workout at the 12 minute. It was about that level, too, before the holiday. So I'm going to drop down to doing 12 minutes a day for a week, and then go back to increasing a minute or so a week. I'm sweaty, and my muscles are trembling, so I know I stopped at the right time for myself. (I always stop when my muscles start that trembling because I know it will only increase until I can only flail around, and that's not a workout.) Still at a minute with ab work, too. But the ab work showed an improvement in strength. I hate losing those three minutes...I worked hard for them. Argh...oh well, three weeks and I'm back here again. Holidays were okay, my parents took me and my husband out for dinner...to a more expensive place than we usually go to, but the food was only mediocre...least I didn't have to scrub all the pans.
