I take Redmond's real salt it is pink in color and has a lot of counter balancing trace minerals in it. Some say it tastes saltier and thus you wind up using less. I just like the way it tasts--nice and rich rather than the harsher sodium chloride. Angie To: Rife Sent: Sunday, June 10, 2012

I'm trying it too! I chose "Nu Salt" brand it's nearly 100% potassium chloride. I have no bp issues or fluid retension. But I am encouraged and curious to see what the correction of sodium/potassium intake will do for overall health. I just started today. Seemed to help my nerves and made me nap like a baby so far but that's just an initial observation and could of course be flawed.
