Not too bad considering I was sick half of the week and didn't eat right and no exercise. No matter...I feel great this week and am off to walk these pounds off. Other things to make me feel good...when I started walking I could do 30 minutes (1 mile) and was dead tired when I was finished. Today I walked 2.28 miles and feel great!
