Guest guest
Channing, The last way I lost weight I choose to avoid refine sugar, I did eat unrefined sugar, but I avoid breads, rolls, crackers, chips, cake, pie, cookies, soda, candy, junk food and items that was not a vegetable, fruits or meat. I limited my dairy intake, but I was never able to eat much dairy anyways. Eggs are not dairy and if you can eat eggs they are very good for you. I did eat fruits because they are good for a person, however too much of anything is not good for a person, so variety is very good. I made sure I ate in small amounts many times a day, maybe 5 times, rather than 3 large meals. I also drank only water, and maybe just a little juice, but juice can sometime have refine sugar. I also avoid fruits that were higher in unrefined sugar like some of the sweet melons, but after a while I added a few back in to my diet. I'm not an expert on dieting, but this has helped me to lose weigh in the past, I'm just Jen Mom. I hope this will help you. I did find that when I started avoiding refine sugar product, which basically almost everything that is located in the middle of grocery store, that I became a little light headed due to the change in diet, so to avoid the light headiness, I cheated and ate just a little refine sugar, then slowly move to more strict avoidance of refine sugar items. I found that items like apples were wonderful food to eat during the day. But I also reminded myself that too much of one items was not good for me. I do avoid certain foods that tend to give stomach problems, too much tomatoes, or spicy foods, do not seem to agree with me. I hope this will help you, I not telling you do this, I'm only tell you what I have done to lose weight and it is difficult, but I did lose weight, but as soon as I returned to my old habits of eating junk food, my weight returned. Best wishes, Bev Jen's Mom, > > I am a female with Autism the Aspergers Kind from Charlotte, North Carolina.
