Aloe Vera Gel vs Aloe Vera Concentrate

Hello it's been a while. I've been very busy making soap. Amongst

other things I'm trying to make a " Body Parfait " using alternating

layers of lotion and aloe vera gel in a clear jar. The problem I'm

having is the lotion seems heavier than the Aloe Vera gel and it keeps

running together rather than staying separate like everybody elses I've

seen. I tried mixing the Aloe Vera Gel with Silica Gel to make it more

gelatinous but still wasn't pleased with the results. Have any of you

had success with products like this? Is Aloe Vera Concentrate heavier

(thicker) than Aloe Vera Gel? what should I do?
