Guest guest
I'm looking forward to 2002 with this group. I know with the support of other I can accomplish my goals FINALLY. I seem to make the SAME resolution every year and start each new year feeling like a failure because I didn't accomplish the goal the previous year. This year my aim is to lose 30 - 40 lbs. I will follow the WW 123 materials I have from a few years ago. I will incorporate exercise (walking and strength training) and drinking more water. (Of course this is what I say every year!) Has any on heard of the book 8 Minute Moves by Cruise? I recently ordered it from Amazon, but it hasn't come yet. He details strength training exercises that you do each morning for 8 minutes. I'm not much of a morning person, but I thought if I can possibly start with the 8 minutes and them add some walking, that would help. I'm also looking into buying a pedometer to try to get 10,000 steps in a day. I've read in various places that that is what is needed for weight loss. Happy new year to all!! ¸..· ´¨¨)) -:¦:- ¸.·´ .·´¨¨)) ((¸¸.·´ ..·´ -:¦:- Kathy -:¦:- -:¦:- ((¸¸.·´*
