Guest guest
My favorite is NF Formulas' Buffered C with Larch Arabinogalactans, a wonderful plant that has been shown in multiple studies to elevate Natural Killer cell levels. This comes in a powder that children accept very well. Dr. JM vitamin C > Can anyone tell me a good source of a vitamin C supplement? Guest guest
Sarika, I could not find your original post. But if you are still looking for vitamin C supplements that are free of magnesium stearate, here are two for your consideration: - Purely-C by North American Herb & Spice (plant-based, non-corn, raw food). - Vitamin C Complex by Premier Research Labs (However, this one contains more ingredients as source of vitamin C. If your child is hyper allergic, be sure to check through all ingredients. It also contains FOS, which might feed yeasts.) Limin
Guest guest
Limin, Thanks for the info. Sorry for not responding earlier - I was off email since my son wasn't doing too well. I will check out the 2 supplements. One concern I have with whole food supplements is whether I need to have them on a rotation schedule to avoid developing food sensitivities. I have noticed that he develops sensitivities to any " food " if given on a daily basis. Sarika Sarika, I could not find your original post.
