Stomping feet!

My neighbors (in condo) sound like a herd of elephants as they stomp around

their home and stomp up and down the stairs. There are 2 adults that live there

permanently, and 2 of their adult children that come and go. Actually, I don't

think " herd of elephants " is quite the right description because the elephants

walk a LOT quieter!

Ummm yeah, that's one of the biggest causes we moved again after a year. Daily

6am-9pm of stomping show from upstairs. We resorted to broom banging on the

ceiling, but it didn't seem to make a difference. The answer from management: oh

yeah, we seems to have a lot of complaint from those on the ground floor, seems

to be worse there... and? and nothing, they didn't seem to care :/ I tried

talking to my upstairs neighbor once too, he didn't seem to care.

We live on the second floor and make very sure that our downstairs neighbors

aren't aware of it :) I asked them a few times, and they keep confirming that

we're as quiet as a mouse. I guess you gotta have the experience or the

disability to have empathy? Or, you just need to be a decent person how gives a

hoot.

Elephants DO walk quietly, they have padded feet, and walk on their tip-toes, for real. = )To: Soundsensitivity Sent: Tuesday, September 27, 2011 11:33 AMSubject: Stomping feet!
