Dear Sally,

You said:

<<I would like to reduce the clomipramine further now and wondered if I

can do this across a week (so rather than reducing by 5mg every day,

reduce by say 10mg one day a week, then 2 days the next week and so

on.) I know some people do this with prozac because of the long half

life but wasnt sure if it would be ok with clomip.>>

** This is all way too fast. 5 mg. at a time is enough. I also wouldn't

do it by the week. Do it according to how you feel. As I've said here

before, it makes no sense at all to do it by the calendar. You have to go

by how you feel. Your body will tell you when to reduce again. Wait until

you feel okay from one reduction to do the next.

Regards,
