Hi friends,

My 22 year old daughter who just got home from a semester of studying in Israel,

just showed me a picture of a bullseye rash she had at the end of last August!!

I had just been getting my first chance to tell her much about lyme and she had

saved this picture. I already thought all of my five children may have been

exposed during pregnancy since I was pretty sick before any of them and then she

shows me this. She had been hiking a few days before up in Chicago.

Before this happened she'd had fatigue, low adrenals on a saliva test, lower

than avg. body temp, so I had been planning to have her and many other family

members tested. She is now wanting to be tested, which is one hurdle crossed.

I think whatever treatment she starts will provoke a better WB results. Very

fortunately, she hasn't had a major drop in health this last 10 months since

this rash. but I didn't think she was that strong to begin with.....

I have a protocol from my doc at Dr. K's clinic with strong rizol oils and

buhner herbs to do for 6 weeks to provoke a response. Since this was 10 months

ago, does anyone think another type treatment would be better than this? She

isn't totally convinced she has lyme even with the rash, though of course I know

better, and really wants the test.

Thanks friends, for any advice!

Debbie

Hi Debbie,

I am sure sorry to hear about your daughter and possibly your other children...

As you may know, most Lyme tests do present faulty results and seldom can be

trusted,

especially when symptoms are present and the test is negative. The WB looks for

antibody's

the body produces to fight disease, if the body has recently produced antibody's

for Lyme,

the test would be positive, if not, then negative.

I have seen all kinds of crazy results on these tests, some have used abx before

the test,

some nothing and often the results were not as hoped. A positive test means the

medical

community will take her symptoms more seriously. And a bullseye rash is 100%

Lyme, good

she has a picture of it, this may be enough to convince some docs she has Lyme.

This may help understand why tests are so faulty:

You may have a few options that may be better than the WB test...

This is a new DNA test for Lyme, I know absolutely nothing about it other than

what is in this news release.

The Central Florida Research Lab actually tests for parts of the pathogen, now

that is a novel idea... No

antibody's here... The downside is not all doctors may accept their results, so

check with your doctor.

I hope this is helpful,
