I was so scared I did not know what stills was and what I was also learning did not help it scared me big time. and to top it off it was my first time back in calif after my grandmother and father inlaw had both passed away. one in October and one in November as I sat in ICU and now this then I flew home on Dec 24th talk about a better sweet christmas and then as it truned out it was also my last one with my kids and in Idaho as the next one I was single with a bitch for an ex wo had tried to have me killed by useing the cops and o well no reson to go there but ya know if some one really trys to have you killed and trys to pull it more then once it is very hard to forgive them in ways I do have to say it is great to hear your doing better and yes we still want to move to Mo only it may be longer now then we wanted as right now we can not aford the move and is still trying to find a job so the cash is getting even slimmer you and yours take care and hugs  the redneck Marty G. I will tell you I have so many doctors in Idaho that I do not have as many fingers and only one was not for me going to Stanford when I did in fact the rest it was there idea to go and not mine to start with!  Hey Redneck!  Marty....I've been lurking for a while. Forgive me friend. I just happened to read this and wanted to add that even my Rheumy and the pathology guy at my hospital here in S.W. MO sent my entire file to Stanford to confirm that I had stills.  The head of pathology had never heard of the disease and wanted someone else to take a look at my case.  Needless to say they confirmed it and here I am, nearly 12 years later. I have had at least a dozen surgeries for either joints or infections from the biologics.  I have a Rituxan infusion tomorrow.  We have changed my intervals on that drug to every 4 months I get 2 infusions. I dropped the Arava completely after becoming 'colonized' with MRSA last year. I still have to take 10mg of Pred per day, but I'm pretty stable on that.  Anyway, didn't mean to get all long-winded here, but I guess Stanford's Rheumatol ogy dept. in particular is pretty highly regarded...  Stay Healthy
