" I notice that your supplement regimen does

not include a liquid full spectrum vitamin or

trace mineral supplement. These are very,

very important for long-term healing. Take a

look in the Files

wal_and_Recovery/files/) at the Basic Healing

Protocol (click on link, scroll down and

click on Supplements, click on Healing

Protocols, click on basic Healing Protocol).

+++Hi Kim,

I've tried taking a vitamin/mineral supplement but they increase

my appetite to the point of madness and I can't afford to have

that kind of appetite. I know it's the vitamins because when I

don't take them, I don't have this problem. When I take them I

do. I've tried several brands and there aren't many I can take

anyway because of all the plant material in them, and they all

work the same on me. Ravenous appetite. I'm already overweight

and a diabetic, so I steer clear of them.

The symptoms that you described in an earlier

posts are symptoms of the damage done by the

drugs. It takes time for this to heal. You

can support your body's ability to heal by

using the supplements described in the Basic

Healing Protocol. They really make a

difference for many people. "

+++I do take some of them, but can't afford all of them

suggested. I just ordered some ALA and will try that.

Regards,

Kim

Hi Liz,

***Try the Supralife products. They're fantastic. If your

appetite is a problem, eat healthy food. Don't eat high-glycemic

foods. Don't worry about the appetite in the short-term. These

supplements are nourishing and support your body's healing, and

it will all balance out.

***I believe you are concerned about the plant materials because

of the Guaifenisan which you take for fibromyalgia. People

develop fibromyalgia because their bodies are enormously

depleted. Guaifenisan does not treat the depletion.

High-quality supplements do. The Supralife products have made an

enormous difference in a number of people with fibromyalgia.

This is what we have to offer on this group. These things work.

There isn't much more to offer until you have tried these things.

Did you see the re-post of 's post about supplements for

burning symptoms? It's #10296.

Warm regards,

Kim
