Guest guest
Hey Everyone, I just caught up on some of the interesting posts here... Thought I would mention that bowling isn't any harder than anything else in a wheelchair, and easier than some things, like getting out of stores without handicaped exits. We have some here in Northern Indiana, where you can get in easily, but there is no way out. You just have to patienly wait for someone nice to open the door, and sometimes that wait is longer than others. Hardest part with bowling is balancing the ball on your lap and wheeling out to roll it.. Then there is the not tipping part...Really, I found that the wheelchair went okay when I bowled, but the eye patch, now bowling with only one working eye that I'm not so good at... I'm glad the people in the next lane were nice. Does it count if you get a strike but it's in the wrong lane??? Wolfie, who is officially declaring that I'm over the flu, and hoping I'm telling the truth.
