Subject: [] Unsubscribing "Toxictort1@..." from our Group

I have unsubscribed the poster known as toxictort1@... because thisperson took a confidential e-mail between two list members and posted it onour list. I don't know who this person is - their bio data is missing - orhow they managed to get this message - but this type of behavior is nottolerated.Do NOT trust someone just because they are on this group. Unless youspecifically know who you are talking to - my best advice is DON'T revealanything about yourself or share any information. I have told you beforethat there are spies on our list, as well as the toxlaw board and that youneed to guard your information. I do not consider defense attorneys to bespies - whether you work for the plaintiff or for the defense you needaccess to be very best information from the very best experts. You all knowthat I consider litigation to be a last resort but I do not counsel anyoneto lie down and be raped by your insurance company or prevented from thegetting the appropriate health care that you need. If we do that - if wecave in over and over, if we stand by and let them quote idiots instead ofexperts - we become all own worst enemy. Please, do not breech the confidence of our members by posting anything theysend to you UNLESS you have their express permission. And if anyonesolicits information from you and you are suspicious - report them to meimmediately,Barbara

Rodney - anything posted here is fair game - we are an open group - a

public group. what is NOT okay is taking a private message that

someone has sent to you and posting it here without permission. I

don't know how this person got a private e-mail in the first place

since it wasn't sent to them - but they had no right to make public

information that a member sought to protect. we know that our list

is being watched - so what - we can guard by using fake names or a

hotmail account. Just as I do not keep any sensitive information on

this machine just in case I am hacked - we know to use virus

protection and be careful who you talk with. It is a fact of life

that we will have to put up with - the survelliance is - because we

want this information to get into the hands of those that need it.
