Guest guest
I have similar but different issues.I love the feeling of silk, but cannot stand to touch fleece, cotton balls, things like that. I can't tolerate the smell of most foods (cooking or cooked).. to the point where my mom no longer cooks in the house. We use the grill every single day until it gets to be too cold and then eat things that don't require cooking, like sandwiches or crackers or fruit. --------------------------------------------------------- ♥ " Hope is more than a word; it's a state of being. Does anyone smell grose things while others can't like the smell of eggs being cooked with butter and not Pam? Or am I alone in this. Guest guest
I remember being about 5 and running to my room because it stunk. I would stay in there untill all the food is removed. I hate Jimmy Dean meat because it stinks when cooked. The smell of wet grass and mud is so grose. > > > ** > > > > > > Does anyone have sensitivities to silk or other materials? Guest guest
I don't have much in the way of sensitivity to fabrics - but, smells? Especially " gross " ones like body odor, beef cooking, etc? Yep. Or, better said: YES!!!!! My mom had a heightened sense of smell (and may have misophonia) & I've been blessed (hahahaha) with it as well. > > Does anyone have sensitivities to silk or other materials? Guest guest
I have a heighten sense of smell and have the touch thing as well. Can't use scrubby sponged on a pan. Eek, can feel the energy. Same with those static dust clothes rubbed on me. Gives me the creeps just thinking about it. Guest guest
I have an INCREDIBLY sensitive sense of smell. I think that smells bother me as much as sound at times because of this. On the other hand, if something has gone bad in the fridge, I can tell you what it is in a heartbeat, so it isn't all bad!
Guest guest
I can sometimes tell you the brand of meat is cooking. Jimmy Dean meat stinks way bad when cooking. I hate the smell of mud puddles. No one smells it though. It's different than wet grass. > > > I have an INCREDIBLY sensitive sense of smell.
