Guest guest
Just today I was thinking I might plant something in front of my house. I have a bad back and have not gardened in years Gardening is very therapeutic I think. I'd rather spend money on plants than therapists...and I really have something to show for the $$$. Seriously, I can go outside and garden for two hours and forget all my troubles. So buy you something and get your hands in the dirt and I think it will be good for you. Guest guest
Hi , It really helps to hear how you are doing. I had the same problem with insomia in my last cut. After a week and a half my sleep patterns became irregular but balanced out after a week. Take care and good luck. --- from land wrote: > Hi everyone. > > I am in the second week of the second Zyprexa cut. I > gave the first cut two weeks and had no symptoms. Guest guest
Oh , it helps so much to hear you say your sleep balanced out after a week. Because on cold turkey, it was only getting worse after 12 days. That gives me hope the taper will work. Meanwhile, there are good things happening. Subtle but good. I am becoming polictically aware again. This list is really helping me to find myself and come out of the closet with who I am politically. I hate the pharmaceutical companies and the priniciples in our country that put making money before peoples health. I hate the sugar and processed food industries and how they have turned Americans into sugar addicts. Just today I was thinking I might plant something in front of my house. I have a bad back and have not gardened in years. I just didn't care. I couldn't push myself past the pain in my back. But I'm thinking perhaps I could get something in the ground. Discover Yahoo! Guest guest
Hi again , This might sound redundant but are you taking extra magnesium? I was told me that it helps and you can take as much up to getting diarrhea. Then your taking too much. --- from land wrote: > Oh , it helps so much to hear you say your > sleep balanced out after a week. Guest guest
Hi , I tried mag citrate at various doses, but it keeps me wired all night. Even at a very low dose. But I am still taking Calcium citrate. said it was okay to take the calcium even though I couldn't take the magnesium. I'm also taking carlson's fish oil and a few other vitamins. Thanks for the thought. By the way I slept over 5 hours last night. __________________________________________________
