Guest guest
hey richard... i specifically take the SERIPHOS at night b/c that is when the quantum physics specialist told me my body was saying it needed...he does a lot of energetic testings to see what each person very specifically is needing....so, while i know my ND could fully explain that in detail, i am unable to...i just know that it works. each person is different when i comes to the low maxed out adrenals....i was given some professional guidance on how to take the ADRENAL, dessicated, but i just simply started it by taking one adrenal tablet a day and then working up as needed....for each person, it will be different. when i'm undergoing some pretty heavy treatment, i can feel that my body is in major need of more of the adrenal supplements...(of course, it was explained to me more methodically, but thats just my own version and personal experience.) i have found for me that it is always best for me to start taking ONLY one thing at the time, so i will know for certain without a doubt, the only thing that i changed....that way, i don't have to retrace my steps and try to figure out what i need to pull back on or increase...if that makes sense... this process of beginning something new, one at a time, has saved me a lot of brain drain and energy... hope this helps you a whole lot, richard! please keep me updated once you've been on the adrenal supplements for a week or two....i sure pray this does for you what it has done for me...i really think it will! =) warmly, -anne Subject: Re: OT: feel like being bitten by mosquitoes before bedTo: Lyme_and_Rife Date: Wednesday, September 29, 2010, 10:45 AM I also have had ringing in my ears for some years now. I have tried herbs, and a few other things including Rifing but have yet to have success. I will continue Rifing and if I achieve any success I'll let everyone know. I have noticed at times that the sound in my ears dulls down but have yet to figure out why. I do think it is connected to blood pressure at times. Once I went in the ocean for an hour and when I came out the ringing in my ears was almost down to a very quiet whisper - I could barely hear it. This lasted for a couple of hours before the ringing got louder again. However when I went back to the ocean the next day it did not happen so I can't say I know why it worked that one day. Try not to focus your attention on the sound. It takes some discipline but will help you deal with it. 95% of the time I am unaware of the sound despite the fact that it is quite loud normally. I also use a loofah/brush and skin brush, this helps w/circulation/lymph system. I wish I could find something that would cure the ringing in my ears, I would love to be able to sleep soundly w/o the buzzing/ringing all the time, it doesn't bother me during the day because I'm surrounded by noise, but nights are horrible. I have to have a fan on continually so the noise drowns out the ringing.
