Guest guest
Ty Joanne on the Palm Oil. I will check it out. I miss you and everyone so much. Corvalen M still has me walking normal and doing stairs along with low carb diet, not Ketogenic but very low carb and it's all helping immensely. I began Corvalen M (Bioenergy Life Science) June 2nd. It took 10 days to kick in and then fybro symtoms reduced about 85 to 95% except for 2 or three bad days since I began where I had some pain, but usually I had pain after consuming a lot of cayenne the night before, (nightshade), or there were very damp days. It also has nearly eliminated chronic fatique 100%, but I still can have some fatique, but very rarely, if I overdo or due to I don't know what. I ran out this morning and have to get some today, and feel fatiqued already a bit. I love this stuff, but you do have to continue taking it, but it's worth it to me. Regular use helps us have enough ATP molecules for energy and strength in our muscles, and magnesium malate helps immensely with fybro muscle pain. I have actually cut back just to half a scoop or a little more than half a scoop twice a day and I still can miraculously walk normal now and do stairs pretty well without pulling myself up with both hands like someone 80 yrs. old. The D-ribose and Magnesium Malate have saved my life with this severe fybro I had. But I do have to continue taking the Corvalen M. If I stop symptoms start again. I have begun seeing an Aryurvedic Dr, and will keep you posted as to efficacy of his treatment. But I already am having some help. He has me add certain spices to food that create more fire in the belly as " he says " and sure enough it helps with digestion and keeping " waste " moving out of body even more than before. I'm going to buy a lot of his suggestions today, as I just saw him recently. With Aryurvedic medicine everyone needs according to what's going on with them. I thought I'd give it a shot as he's helped cure my friend of thyroid and other things. And because it's an ancient natural medicine I thought I would try it as it makes sense to me, but I will keep you posted. Big hug to you Joanne and . I hope you are both well. I'm keeping the carbs very low, and I noticed except for yogurt, which I've only had one greek in 2 or 3 months, that if I have dairy I feel a little down suddenly. I may have an allergy. Okay, much love to you both and everone " on board " and hang in there ruth (we are all the prayer list) and the prayers should be intense this next week as 4000 people are mtg for international convocation and our board is on the prayer list We get prayers 3 x a week for 3 months and I put us on again today.
