Guest guest
I just joined. I've not been formally diagnosed other than chronic myofascial pain and have continually suffered with aches and pains and poorly resolved muscle injuries in my shoulder for many years, and I'm only 37. I developed malabsorption and started taking any vitamin that may be deficient and reading like crazy and then tried magnesium and realized it stops my aches and pains just like asprin! I couldn't take asprin if I wanted over my acid reflux and taking tons of ibuphrophen may have contributed serously to my malabsorption/acid reflux issues now. The magnesium is a dream, but I'm totally dependent upon it now! Does anyone else have a long history of deficiency of magnesium and/or are using it to finally feel decent physically?
