Hocus-pocus??? Rock and Crystal?

Unless these are the names of the personal trainers at your home gym, I would

want to clearly understand how they are of benefit to you (before I cast my vote

or pass any judgment as to your being, as you said, " SO dumb " ). :)

But, I respect your input and your off topic clarity. ;)

As for your meals, they sound great! As long as you are not also eating the

rock and crystal, with it. :)

I think that is currently my largest downfall. In addition to slowing up on the

exercise, I have fallen into the one or two binge meal eating, rather than my 6

balanced, healthy meals. And I don't have to pass through the storage boxes

(reference from a former email) to get to my kitchen. It is simply the bad

eating habits returning.

By the way, after 8 children, I happen to think that 3 month pregnancy look

is... H O T !!! If the judges think otherwise, you send them to me. Go

knock 'em dead, kiddo.
