I have been doing T'ai Chi once a week for about five years on and

off. It doesn't look like you are doing much or feel like you are

doing much when you are actually doing the movements butyou sure know

you have worked. The best thing for me about T'ai Chi is that it

really is supposed to help with balance. It must help, I very seldom

seem to have balance problems. My name is Barb.

I am from Calgary ,Alberta,Canada.

I was diagnosed in 1994 and have been on AISH almost ever since,which

I think is similar to SSDI in the USA.

I have been taking copaxone since 2000.

I have arthritis, patella femoral syndrome, plantar fasciitis among

others and MS
