OT: Worcestershire & The Midnight Snacker

Hello all. My name is and I've been on here for some time. I have been

in " lurk " mode because I kinda let myself go but I'm coming back around and

starting to see some (tiny) results. I'm actually in Week 7 and I'm working on

" re-tuning " some things on my nutrition which leads me to my first question:

Is Worcestershire sauce a " no no " ?? I must admit that I typically look at

EVERY label. Well, I never thought to look at the Worcestershire sauce label.

One carb for every teaspoon – TEASPOON! I freaked out because I use a

half-bottle when I'm making my turkey chili or turkey meatloaf! I thought,

" GREAT! There goes my Worcestershire sauce. " I've been making (all this time)

carbohydrated turkey chili!! No lie – I was using at least a half-bottle which

I estimated was adding 44g of carbs to the chili (and/or meatloaf). Any

suggestions on a substitute?

My other OT question - - - - I have always tried to time my meals so that I

would not eat after 9PM. Well - - life has thrown a curve ball (as it often

does) and I am going to be finding myself not able to consume meal #6 until 10PM

or later. I've always heard, " don't eat after 9PM " - - - so, is that a good

proverb to follow or just another example of my mom's voice in my head? (Dr.

Freud would have a field day with this question).

I hope everyone is doing well.
