I am sending a link on how a typical day for me comes out. I checked Bee on how

to calculate for my 5 feet-and need 52 gram protein, 130 gram fat, and 40 carb.

I try to stay at about 30 gram carb. One more lemon will put me over, but I

don't always eat 2 cups of low carb veggies a day. I heard that if you have been

in ketosis a while, it will not show up on test strips, so I have never tried

them. We have had so many 100 degree days, the heat is getting me down, plus my

pan under my AC over flowed in the attic, as the switch failed. Had a few spots

of water damage to the ceiling, but thankful it was not worse. Was able to get

the switch replaced.
