Guest guest Posted April 1, 2010 Report Share Posted April 1, 2010 Before coiling I was told to go off of antibiotics. I began coiling several weeks ago and didn't notice a herx. Then we up the time in each area to 90secI felt terrible the next day. I have been incredibly sick for over a week now and wonder when its going to end. Now I am regretting beginning to coil because the herx is just unbearable. Those of you who coil - HOW DO YOU HANDLE GOING THROUGH A HERX!!! I'm scared that this herx (if that's what it is) will never end. Now I'm wondering if the worsening of my symptoms is a herx or because I'm off of my natural antibiotics and trad - Azithroyecin. I have terrible pain, neurological shaking has gotten worse and now I'm very lightheaded and dizzy. Have had to miss 3 days of work. One doctor was going to put me on injectable bicillin and flagyl with Azithromyecin. I actually considering trying this regimen even though I'm scared of injecting medicine in me. More pain!!!!!! I also want to know how long it has taken most people to get well from coiling and if people are really getting well by doing this.
