Guest guest
Hi Sandie, I feel for you with these "attacks". Yes, panic could definitely be playing a part. As I've said before, I've had the same feeling when I get short of breath from walking up hills etc. It seems that I can't get any air into my lungs, then I start to panic wondering if I'm going to pass out. It is good that you could overcome this feeling, by slowing down your breathing. It is easy to forget these techniques when unable to breathe. I hope you will mention these attacks to your doctor. I believe that anxiety is another side effect of our condition. With your other question. I rinse the neb mask and medicine bowl under warm water (not the tubing), and once a week soak in Nebucleen. I buy this product from the pharmacy. I believe that vinegar and water is just as effective. Take care, Sandie, Love Bunny
