hi whitney, i think that you should try to make sure that you are hitting all parts of your body when you coil. spend a minute or so on top of the 5 min on main places like stomach, head and feet, by moving the coil up and down your body every min or so, a coil space, so that you are covering your whole body,. and yes, i think you should coil for lyme once a week- but watch out for herxing- go slowly. you might also want to try some yoga, breathing exercises or relaxing meditation to help with the stress. feel well, janet

Hey everyone,The last month was VERY stressful for me and really seems to have set me back in my treatment. I had been rifing for bart for about 5 weeks and was having great improvement-- alot of the brain fog was gone and I wasn't as tired. But then I went through a tough month personally and I seem to be back to square one. I have heard that fall can be a big flair up time, so maybe that also hasnt helped (Sept has been my flair up time in the past). So as far as coiling-- I am doing 5 min 832 on my head, legs, and stomach (for bart) and have been on that for a week now twice a day. Should I maybe increase this to three times a day? I had great improvement with my digestion for about 6 weeks and like the fog, this is all back to square one. Should I start to add in the 432 Lyme freq once a week too? Also for detox, I am using burbur, Cilantro and enemas (coffee and water). Does Chloerlla cause constipation? I was thinking about adding that too, but not if it causes constipation. Any help/ advice would be great-- I need to get back to a less foggy world!!Thanks!Whitney

Hi Whitney,I really like the green water drink for detox (2 cups DISTILLED water blended with 1 cup ORGANIC greens - strain, drink liquid only) drink 1 cup mid morning and 1 cup mid afternoon on an empty stomach.  I take mine with 15-25 chlorella tablets and I usually make more than 2 cups.  Not sure if it's constipating - not so much for me, but I'm eating a lot of fiber.

You could always increase your C and magnesium.I use the left over chunky 'pulp' from the green water for some crunch on my sandwiches.  I think you could add some tomato and onion and have a great spread or dip or whatever.  Very good.

Sorry, you are having a tough time.I was just turning the corner with my Plant Stem Cell therapy and then came down with a cold.  Usually, I never get a cold or flu and if I feel one coming on I mega dose C and some zinc and it's gone the next day.  Not this time.  Yesterday and today I'm trying mega dosing of D (200,000 iu/day for 3 days).

What could be happening is that you have knocked bart down enough for some other organism to flair.  I would think slowly adding in Lyme would be a great idea.  Don't stop the bart though.  And start real slow on Lyme - every two weeks or so.

:-)

For most people, chlorella does not cause constipation. It seems to lean the other way, particularly when first starting to take it. That's one reason it is suggested you work up to your full dose slowly. Make sure it is broken cell chlorella as well. If not, the body cannot digest it properly.

Whitney,

The nature of the disease is two steps forward one step back. I had many flairs

while rifing the bart and company. Don't get discouraged.

I did find any detoxing agent that I could helpful.

I really find the chlorella was helpful and not constipating.

HI Whitney,

Sorry you had a tough month... There isn't always an easy answer as to why, I

myself had a tough 3 weeks last month and I feel this may be my Fall flair... I

am definitely better this first week of September... I have noticed the past few

flairs some were a month early, others right on time...

If you kick up your dose of magnesium, this should resolve the constipation

issue...

If you treat for both Lyme and Bart at the same time, you will not know what you

are detoxing from and you will need to use less session time for both as you

will now be dealing with herxes from both diseases...

And for both constipation and herxing and just feeling badly, kick up your water

intake... At least 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water daily, when feeling

badly, drink even more water...

Hopefully you will feel better soon....

Take care,

Jim

Does Chloerlla cause constipation? I was thinking about adding that too, but not

if it causes constipation.
