Guest guest
, I found this church 32 years ago and it is a blend of Western Christianity and Eastern meditation and honors all great world religions. It helps me relax to volunteer here and the fybro is helped by my walking around the Lake. I am a grounds host 3 times a week and meet hundreds of people a week from all over the world and from all different religions. I now have friends all over the world. People are all searching for Peace in their own way. I love the people I meet and it's an honor for me to volunteer here. I am still very connected to my Catholic roots but this has been a haven for me to learn deep meditation techniques. I stopped meditating about 2 or three years ago and then things got rough. I think with fybro, emotions can cause flares at least with me and meditating has saved me through my life to help cope with a lot.
