You have to really stay near the toilet for the entire day. So, I think I will only do that once a week. People have still had success leaving out the salt water flush. I am now just drinking the mixture and only the mixture. It is amazing! I can keep walking and doing my exercise bicycle. I have SO much energy. I am going to do this for 30 days. I will keep you all posted how it goes. What prompted me to start it: I went to get my waist length hair trimmed at the beauty shop and sitting there looking at my face in the mirror so long, I noticed how puffy my face was with allergy problems and too much unhealthy eating. So after the beautician was through, I immediately went into the grocery store and bought the items for the lemon cleanse and started the next day. This is morning of Day 4. I weighed and am down from 220 to 212--- 8 pounds! I think I am releasing so much weight so fast because I was heavy to begin with and really didn't realize how many unhealthy calories I was consuming every day.
