What I am seeking is active botanicals, that are either standardized, or consistent, in either water/alchohol, for a topical aqueous product. I am trying to keep the product as natural as possible. I am looking for suppliers, as the people I have found want me to order in 4kilo-28 kilo amounts and I am not there yet. If they are in Canada that is even better.
