I'll be a busy bee the next 5 weeks and I'm hoping I am diciplined enough to not let it interfere with my workouts. I've been running pretty well, even on free day yesterday! My free day snacks yesterday were mini chips ahoy and pita chips. I'm down 4.5 lbs since June 1st... (I think the salmon and cabbage helped...
