Am also diabetic, type 2, and have my father who also was diabetic and fat. I watch my weight and dont walk but go at the swimming pool, from twice a week now in Winter to 5 or 6 times a week in other seasons. I also try to help other obese guys in France but it is still difficult because overweight is not well considerated in official standards. I also must add I have some erectile dysfunction, ED. That is not a real problem for me but ED is still more a taboo than obesity in France. The guys think they can have a revival using Viagra and other meds but I prefer to tell them: watch all your medical analysis and dont care about Viagra. Hope to share a lot but I also must add than obesity in France is becoming a great health problem due to our way of life. The American style with hamburgers has destroyed a lot of our culture in food, especially among young people. I really hope all these fast food shops will close their doors as soon as possible.
