I take Imuran (Azothioprine) along with Remicade. My doc switched the MTX to

Imuran after my ILD/PF developed in 2008. The my rheumy indicated to me that

Imuran is better with the lung involvement at least my ILD. Have not heard of

anyone on both MTX and Imuran, but your son's rhemy would be the best source for

you guys. Will be curious as to the outcome or if anyone else posts who uses

both. Keep us informed how it turns out.
