I am using vegetable sources for protein for a while or at least until I get my weight under 200 lbs. I just weighed in at 220 lbs, I was 237 in April. It reminds me of my vegetarian days in 1976 when I was a young man with boundless energy and excellent fitness. Selling the car and walking has made a big difference also.
