Guest guest
Has anyone had a problem with your autistic child sticking their fingers down their throat, 'til they gag and vomit? My son used to try to stick his whole hand down his throat, until he would vomit...I used to have to follow him around, and pull his hand out of his mouth, constantly...now I wonder if he felt that there was something " in there " and was trying to " get it out " ??? I feel sure that I am merc. toxic, and frequently feel like there is something " stuck in my throat. Guest guest
Lindy, Not to scare you, but has he had a MRI. My son at two would do this, of course the doctor said it was for attention. He had a brain tumor. This is a common with kids with brain tumors to relieve pressure. He may just have a headache. Or it can be entirely different. It seems to me kids do things to make things right. They are so smart. nne - In @y..., gotojoshua1_9@y... wrote: > Has anyone had a problem with your autistic child sticking their > fingers down their throat, 'til they gag and vomit? > My son used to try to stick his whole hand down his throat, until > he would vomit...I used to have to follow him around, and pull his > hand out of his mouth, constantly...now I wonder if he felt that > there was something " in there " and was trying to " get it out " ??? > I feel sure that I am merc. toxic, and frequently feel like there > is something " stuck in my throat.
