: As expected, on Tuesday President Bush signed the Resolution of

: Disapproval passed by both the House and Senate, repealing the OSHA

: ergonomics rule issued Jan. 14 by President Clinton. Although the

: language of the Congressional Review Act, under which the ergonomics

: rule was overturned, prevents any rule that is substantially the

: same as the one overturned from being passed, the ergonomics issue

: may not be entirely dead.

: A hearing has been set for April 4 to review a California state

: senator's proposal that would set permissible toxic mold exposure

: health risks of toxic mold.
