LOL I do NOT follow the BFL workout routine; I hate it. Sorry to be so blunt, but that's the way it is. Before starting the P90x just this past Monday, I had been using the workouts from the IronMan magazine. They change them a bit every month and it was working pretty decent for me. But, I thought it was time to try something else, so am giving P90X a shot. I also have " Afterburn " but haven't done that one yet. BTW......if anyone here has done Afterburn, I'd like some feedback on it. Thanks........ As for the eating.......because I compete, I can't really follow the BFL meal plans either. So, by now you are wondering why the *H* is she on the BFL group??? When hubby and I did our fitness challenge, we followed that program loosely.
