Guest guest
for some reason yahoo groups wont let me reply to the original post. I love my Wii and I just bought the fit plus. I haven't been using it often lately but I'm feeling better and I've found the missing parts to the balance board, so I'm going to get back into it. It is a lot of fun and a real hoot to play with the kids. I really hope they'll add Tai Chi to the next round of activities. I've also implemented just doing 10 repetitions of simple things like squats, lifting up my toddler 10 times, grabbing the five pound weight and lifting it 10 times. I would really like to get an exercise bike because cycling seems to be the one activity that I stick with when the weather is nice, so i should really do it even when the weather is bad. I'm sorry to see Theresa go but I am happy that Vi has joined us. I hope the New Year has gotten off to a good start for everyone. Guest guest
Tai Chi! That would be awesome if they did add it. I love Tai Chi. Repetitive movement is great for muscle strength, I do the same thing but with leg motions, like squats and stretches. I would be interested in knowing how the Wii as a fitness program is working out for you as well Laurie. Let us know if you like it! And how the repetetive motion is working out for you as well. Good Luck, Vi for some reason yahoo groups wont let me reply to the original post. I love my Wii and I just bought the fit plus.
