Guest guest
Hi you have been on several of the different MS meds did you have trouble with some of them and had to switch? I am on Copaxone and do well on it. I have never had any side effects from it. I also tried Avonex when my MS first hit me in 1999 for about 6 month's. I didn't care for it. Are you able to drive OK and are you working a job? I am 43 with a great wife and we have 2 boy's. I had to quit my job when my MS hit me. I wasn't ready to retire at 37. Guest guest
Bill..I was on Copaxone for almost 3 years and it was not helping me at all and I also developed a hypersensitivity to it. I was then on AVonex for about a year and it was not helping me as far as progression goes. The Novantrone I was on with the Avonex and the Copaxone. No I do not drive as I can't. I also can't work and have n't been able to since my diagnosis. I was in a wheelchair for a year after my diagnosis. So I can't get SSD because I was only 21 when dx'd and did not have enuff work history as I was still in school(college). I do however get SSI, which helps me to feel like I am releaving some of the financial stress off of my husband. > Hi you have been on several of the different MS meds did you have trouble with some of them and had to switch?
