Guest guest
Does anyone do Yoga, specifically, Bikram Yoga, it is a type of hot yoga. I've heard a lot of good things about it. I am recovering from my disc injury and am very inflexible especially my right hamstring. I'm tired of being so inflexible so I think I am going to try this. I would say I am over 50% recovered, but this flexibility issue is a big problem. I am back to running 50+ miles per week although a bit slower than before. I have not resumed weight lifting. I feel like I am going to be limited until I can bend forward again. I was thinking of trying some light weights and see what happens. They are some lifts I think I can do, but I am been very careful about not bending forward unless doing my exercises. Also, have been avoiding, lifting too much. Guest guest
As I mentioned earlier as well, I'm a big fan of the Chia seeds as well.  Andy, have you looked at a bosu? You can do tons of exercises for your core without doing weights. Guest guest
I have not looked at those, but I know what you are referring too. I do have a wobble board. I am going to just go into my weight room and see what I can do pain free.
