well i did 40 minutes the other day, Monday? can't quite recall, did 25 minutes

today plus some crunches, squats, jumping jacks, and bungee pulls.

What I'm amazed at is that I'm already up to 15 crunches after just a week of

doing them.

I still can't do a regular push up, they have never been my strong suit, but I

am trying to work my way up to doing 10 again, like I could before I got

pregnant again. In school I could only ever do 3 push ups even though I was in

really good shape and strong otherwise so I know it's just a weak area that I'd

like to make stronger.

I've been having a lot of fun playing with the kids, but my son is upset that i

beat all his high scores, I wish it wouldn't list the scores in comparison but

only let him compete against his own scores. He tends to give up easily when he

thinks everyone is better than him at something.
