I have the DVD s and I can tell you, it is SUPER TOUGH! If you can get through

the workouts, you WILL see results. If you haven t purchased it already, you

can view the videos on youtube.

>Has anyone heard of the P90X program? I think I remember someone mentioning it

here before. I have a friend that uses it and his pictures show great results.

I want his biceps. He runs a lot of the local races around here. His website

that tells about the program and shows his transformation is here

>I found the set of DVDs with the routines cheap so may give it a try before

trying him out as a trainer. I am pretty good learning on my own. Looks more

complicated than Body for Life, but I am ready to try something new. I've been

kind of unmotivated the past month. There is more than motivation issues going

on, but it is part of it.

rebuild before committing to doing any other major races. I am not sure what I

want to do. I am kind of at a crossroads right now. I need to keep moving

forward so I don't backslide.

Hi Andy,

I have heard of the program and tried it for about a week. I didn't think

it was complicated, but it was very intense. I tried it only for a week

because I have to learn that I will not see results in the first week or two

and have to push my way through the program. I found it on ebay for $50.00

and had the guides emailed to me. I think it's a grat program with a great

support community just like this group.

Andy, I am currently doing the P90X program, BUT.......only the weight portions.

I have found that at my elderly age, things don't move like they used to for the

yoga, plyometrics, and other stuff they have. Got 2 knees that creak and an

ankle that is thinking of doing something that it's not supposed to. The weight

portions don't seem to aggrivate things, tho. So, I just do the weights and

leave the other stuff in the DVD sleeve. LOL Yes, I have noticed results. I

even have visible tri's under the lard. :>)
