Guest guest
Gracie, There's nothing wrong with getting down. I'm usually a very hyper, happy person. Since this latest cholangitis attack, I've been doing a lot of thinking, and of course worrying. I tried not to think of Walter Payton, but everyone at work tonight was asking me about it. Of course, I started crying. Every once in awhile we have to let ourselves get down. It's not healthy to hold it all in. So, cry, scream, rant, and rave. Then when you feel better, give Ed a huge hug, and tell him how much you love him! Love,
Guest guest
This morning I re-focused and thing about all of the substitutions I need to make. I work out very hard but eat just as hard only all of the wrong foods. I really need the support of this group. What is a pant-o-meter?
