bad allergy attack friday

I was having bad allergy reaction friday, I'm not sure but i may have been bit,

seems thats the case when these flair up. So i took some loradine {like that

main brand starts with clari something...} anyhow I've taken that before and

noticed an adverse reaction the next day. This being the 2nd time' I didn't make

the connection. I' also took some antihistamine a couple time's. Then Saturday I

was suppose to do " my part " the bills, but ended up in bed all day with a

Migraine, Tooth flair infection, --they've all gone down now, --I take echensia

and c & e, Garlic to help that along with my vico, i will take excedrin if it's

really bad. And hold off the vi' -no don't double it ...

The only thing that seems to settle my stomache when this hits is McD's

hamburger happy meal... w/ the fries.. its the only time the salt actualy helps.

And some sprite.

I did have lasagne thursday night, i've noticed and we've been trying to narrow

down a possible ingredient in " spagetti " or tomato sause type meals... I've felt

more burning pain. We' changed to one spagetti sause with NO Basil...and it

helped it seems. I can have some type of products with spagetti type sauses that

didn't bother me so we knew it wasn't the 'tomato'

Anyhow was curious if anyone else has noticed certain foods causing flair ups

with symptoms.

Oh this Kangen water, the machine allows you to turn it on stronger and I think

it by passes the vitamins, but the strongest version is Acidity, just like

vinegar. There is a " cleaner " mode, A " Beauty " mode, which is medium, and you

can rince your mouth and helps infections as well. you can rince your hair

--it's very cold lol...but you will be shocked how shiny your hair will look,

and NO Frizz... I have what looks like Eienstein hair in the morning.oops or

afternoon when i get up. But this keeps it nice and smooth.

I'm doing more research on a competitor water treatment, as lifeionizer.com has

a product that does the same and even compares , they say they have a better

warranty

You get 60 days to use it free. The kangen I think is 30 days free.

It's not cheap, my mom said it's suppose to help you lose weight but i've yet to

see that.

ok that is very weird, I tried to find the kangen water site and it kept going

back to google's error page...hmmm maybe lifeionizer won lol.

There is a video on the page. They don't charge as much as kangen because theres

no MLM distributor , it's direct thru the company.

And i believe their warranty was double that of kangen.

Anyhow to bad i don't get commsion..lol but hey if it helps --i'm hoping by the

time i see my doctor in oct, i'll have more positive news for him to pass along

to other patients.

It's time for me to head off to bed, i shouldn't have pushed it, after Saturdays

rest all day. I think the stress was getting to me even thou now it should be

good stress but I won't get to go house hunting till Wednesday... waiting isn't

good for me either. I procastinate well enough, i've learned it's better to just

GO and don't think about things.
